The 'Scarface' actor is also expected to pay $110,000 upfront to Alfallah, $13,000 for a night nurse, $15,000 annually into Roman's education account, and pay for any uninsured medical expenses.
These payments are detailed in court documents. Pacino and Alfallah will share joint legal custody of Roman, the judge decided in the interim. The four-month-old was given primary physical custody to Alfallah.
Pacino and the 29-year-old Sony producer were first connected in April 2022, as previously reported by RadarOnline.com.
Al Pacino started dating Alfallah during the pandemic
Later on, a close source of Alfallah disclosed that the couple's dating history actually began during the COVID-19 pandemic.
An insider spilled, "Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men, she was with Mick Jagger for a while, and then she dated Nicholas Berggruen."
Source continued, "She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well. The age gap doesn't seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father."

In May 2023, Alfallah disclosed that she was eight months pregnant with Pacino's child. A month later, the couple welcomed their son Roman into the world.
Speaking about the arrival of his fourth child, Pacino said "It's very special, It always has been." He continued, "I've got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time."
One insider spilled in June, "He's seriously worried about how he'll cope with the physical demands of it all. This is a guy who's in bad physical condition."
The source added, "He's supposed to be enjoying his twilight years, but things have taken a seriously chaotic turn. He's freaked."
Alfallah requested full custody of Roman
In September, Alfallah then requested full custody of Roman. The 29-year-old suggested sharing legal custody of the infant with Pacino in addition to demanding total custody of Roman.
In October, Pacino and Alfallah agreed to have a private temporary judge handle the custody lawsuit and moved it behind closed doors.
The representative for the House of Gucci actor subsequently added in October that Pacino and Alfallah were "still together" in spite of the custody dispute and that there was "no ongoing litigation nor issues."
Pacino's rep explained last month, "The filings are simply procedural steps being taken in furtherance of the parties' successful and amicable resolution. Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together."
