LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Despite having a love child, son Joseph Baena, with his former housekeeper-turned-mistress, Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn't communicate with her or "hang out" with her.
Speaking about the action leged's interaction with Mildred Baena, a friend revealed Schwarzenegger "doesn't talk to her at all."
Arnold Schwarzenegger 'respects' Mildred Baena
The insider said that the 76-year-old 'Terminator' actor still "respects her as the mother of his child" despite his secret affair shattering his long-term marriage to Maria Shriver.
Mildred gave birth to Joseph in October 1997. The now 26-year-old love child was born just a few days after Shriver gave birth to their son Christopher, which only made matters worse.

A source said, "Arnold and Mildred don't hang out, don't talk very often, or at all, but he makes sure that she is okay and finds out how she is doing through Joseph, and it is all done matter-of-factly," as reported by Daily Mail.
Although Schwarzenegger has given Joseph financial support, "his day-to-day life doesn't involve Mildred at all," the insider said.
Arnold had 'one-night stand' with Mildred
The source added, "It was a one-night stand that provided a forever connection and Arnold is - and has - taken responsibility for that, but he doesn't chat with her, he has moved on from that moment."
Per the source, Schwarzenegger could never imagine his life without Joseph, despite the backlash his shocking affair brought about, including starting one of the longest divorce battles in Hollywood history.
Arnold loves Joseph Baena
The insider said, "Even though the situation wasn't ideal and caused a lot of problems, he loves his son. Arnold isn't going to fight fate, it is what it is. Though there isn't any type of relationship with Mildred, he has no ill will towards her at all," as reported by Radar Online.
Over the years, the action hero and his unmarried son developed a close bond, and many people are convinced that Joseph resembles his famous father.

Recently, Schwarzenegger made reference to his liaison with Mildred, seemingly accepting blame for the infidelity that cost him his marriage.
He said, "We never left the [first] chapter, because remember, it's not like we had a feud," he said of his union with Shriver crumbling. "We didn't have a fight. It's just my f--- up, right?"
