LOS ANGELES, CALIFORIA: Brian Austin Green has disclosed the significant hurdles Shannen Doherty is facing as she fights terminal cancer.

Green, 50, was revealed as the vocalist behind Crash Test Dummy on 'The Masked Singer', Australia edition, on Monday, September 11. The actor still keeps in touch with his 90210 co-star, Doherty, 52, who received the heartbreaking news in June that her Stage 4 cancer had spread to her brain.

Shannen Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015

Her battle began in 2015, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.  She was in remission till 2020.

Brian told the Herald Sun on Tuesday, September 12, "She's an incredibly tough person, If there's anyone who could put up a real fight to cancer – she's one of them. It's not an easy situation, obviously, but I love her to death."

Brian Austin Green also discussed his own health issues

Green also discussed his own health issues following his reveal on 'The Masked Singer' Australia. His troubles began with ulcerative colitis, followed by vertigo and neurological abnormalities that altered his speaking patterns.

"I couldn't speak, I couldn't walk, I couldn't read. I didn't work for four years," he told the publication. However, the Hollywood actor claimed he improved after working with natural medicine experts.

After removing his mask on Monday's edition of 'The Masked Singer', the 50-year-old astonished judges Melanie Brown, Abbie Chatfield, Dave Hughes, and Chrissie Swan, as none of them had guessed his identity, as reported by DailyMail.

The judges' final guesses included singers Nick Carter and Niall Horan, track and field athlete John Steffensen, and New Kids On The Block star Donnie Wahlberg.

During the episode, Crash Test Dummy battled against Cowgirl, Space Fairy, Bad Avocado, and The Grim Reaper. Prior to the statement that shook the nation, he and Bad Avocado were in the bottom two. Upon learning the truth, Mel B remarked, "How did we not guess that."

Chrissie Swan added, "I'm freaking out. I never missed an episode of Beverly Hills 90210."
