'Devastated': Britney Spears was 'comatose’ after Justin Timberlake broke up with her via text message

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears reportedly felt shattered after her breakup with Justin Timberlake.

In her upcoming book ‘The Woman in Me’, the 41-year-old singer reveals, “I was comatose in Louisiana, and he was happily running around Hollywood,” as reported by OK! Magazine.

Timberlake reportedly broke up with the singer through text over two decades ago.

Spears has also mentioned in her memoir that the period was devastating for her as she was seen as a "harlot who'd broken the heart of America's golden boy" after she “made out with” dancer Wade Robson.

Besides, the ‘Princess of Pop’ and the actor’s romance apparently saw an abortion as well.

‘I loved Justin so much’

The mother-of-two has written in her book, releasing on October 24, as per People, “I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated.”

She continued, “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

“If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” Spears noted, before asserting, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

This comes as a source said that Timberlake has not taken the revelations in a good spirit.

They disclosed, “Justin owns who he was when he and Britney were together, even though his personality, career, lifestyle, and personal priorities are radically different now, 20 years later.”

“This book is a nightmare for him because of how it throws the whole family into chaos. The timing stings just as much as the revelation itself,” the tipster added.
