At 77, Cher is releasing her first Christmas album, which is set to come out on Friday

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cher feels she should be listed in the Guinness Book of World Records since she has lived "longer than any other human being ever."
The 77-year-old singer of 'Believe', who has been in the industry since she and Sonny Bono's 1965 hit 'I Got You Babe', said in a recent interview with The Guardian that it feels like her life has gone on for a very long time.

Cher feels she has lived really long
She said, “My life seems to be longer than any other human being ever, I feel like I should be in the Guinness Book of World Records for this. And I’m still going!"

The icon also discussed her first Christmas album, which is set to be released on Friday. "Everyone has done one," she told The Guardian, recalling her initial thoughts when a Christmas album was suggested to her.
She revealed, “So, when my manager called and said, ‘We’d like you to do this,’ my immediate answer was ‘No!’” She added, “He said, ‘Just think about it.’ So, I sat down and thought, ‘What can I do that’s different?"

Cher went on to say that her new Christmas album "doesn't scream 'Christmas' every second and isn't filled with songs you know by name." According to the outlet, half of the album's material is new, including songs like 'DJ Play a Christmas Song'.

Cher recently spoke to People about finding love after making her relationship with music producer Alexander "AE" Edwards public last year. Edwards also produced her song 'Drop Top Sleigh Ride', which will be included on her upcoming album.
Cher told People, “Alexander’s got diamond teeth, tattoos, white hair and he’s way younger. He’s a beautiful man."
Alexander Edwards and Cher met at Paris Fashion Week
She revealed that they met a year ago at Paris Fashion Week, with a mutual friend giving Cher’s number to Edwards.
Cher said, “It was really shocking, because people just don’t give out my number. I had been telling all my friends, ‘We’re too old to go out with really younger men, and I will never fall in love on text.’ So I did what I said not to do!”
