LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bijou Phillips is reportedly already searching for another man to replace her disgraced husband, Danny Masterson. However, insiders claim she isn't looking for any old Joe.
In early September, Masterson, 47, was found guilty of raping two women and was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
Phillips is now effectively a single parent
As a result, Phillips, 43, effectively became a single parent. Since then, the 'That 70s Show' star has filed for divorce and given up custody of their 9-year-old daughter.
The 43-year-old actress allegedly filed for divorce following her estranged husband's sentencing and is in a desperate search for a replacement.
Source says 'Bijou has no income'
An insider told the National Enquirer, "Bijou has no income. She hasn't acted or modeled in years — and she's got an extremely expensive lifestyle. There's no way to maintain it now that Danny's out of the picture."
It's unclear what Phillips will get out of their breakup because there doesn't appear to be a prenuptial agreement between her and Masterson. In her divorce filing, Phillips asked for spousal support.

According to reports, Masterson is worth an estimated $8 million, but he could lose everything in a civil lawsuit brought by his rape accusers, as reported by RadarOnline.
The source continued, "It's scary times for Bijou because she needs a fortune to keep their place going. She's in survival mode and seems to think her only option is to find another rich man to rescue her."
Bijou now has full custody of the daughter
As reported, Bijou is quietly spreading the word among her peers in the Church of Scientology, which recently labeled the disgraced actor a "suppressive person" and expelled him. Bijou now has full custody of the daughter she shares with Masterson.
The tipster continued while noting, "It's a very heartbreaking and lonely spot for Bijou. She has her daughter and her sisters, but otherwise, her community is the church. She's going to want someone who's a member like her."
A recent $128K lien for unpaid taxes pertaining to the couple's 2019–2020–2021 filings from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) made things worse for the Phillipses.
The IRS's Hartford, Connecticut, office filed the lien in February 2022, a few months before Masterson's second rape trial started in April and just after the jury in his first trial deadlocked.
