Scott Disick's 'health got worse over time' after accident

Scott Disick's horrific accident
According to a TMZ report from the time, Scott got into the accident, cut his head, and declined medical attention from paramedics.
In a picture the outlet obtained, the SUV owned by the Talentless founder could be seen lying on its side with its windshield broken. The mailbox next to the car was broken.
When the collision happened, Scott was reportedly the only person in the car. Police found that the driver "didn't appear impaired" and that speed "appears to have been a factor" in the collision.
The reality star received no criminal charges. His car was removed from the area by towing.
