Harrison Ford had a sweet response to being called 'still very hot' at 80: "Thanks for noticing..."
Harrison Ford is aging gracefully, much like a fine wine. During a press conference at the 76th Cannes Film Festival, a reporter couldn't stop herself from complimenting Ford. In a video shared by Variety, Mads Mikkelsen and James Mangold flanked Ford as they promoted Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Before taking a question, the female reporter complimented the actor on his good looks. Ford, who seemed speechless, was among those who were stunned in the entire room. The unnamed reporter added, "Look, I think you're still very hot," which caused the roomful of reporters to erupt in laughter.

Ford briefly closed his eyes, seemingly surprised by the comment, but the reporter persisted nonetheless. "We were stunned to see you take your shirt off in the second scene, and you've still got it," she continued. "How do you keep fit? And can you ride a horse?" After a brief exchange, Ford graciously accepted the praise and thanked God for his youthful appearance. "Look, I've been blessed with this body," he quipped. "Thanks for noticing."

It has been a busy week for the 80-year-old actor, who on May 18 attended the global premiere of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, with his wife, Calista Flockhart, per Entertainment Tonight. Ford, 80, and Flockhart, 58, shared a red carpet-appearance together for the first time since the Oscars in March 2018. Flockhart appeared with Ford during an after-party for the popular Taylor Sheridan series', 1923, premiere in Los Angeles in December 2022, although they were not captured on camera on the red carpet.

At the 2002 Golden Globes, Ford and Flockhart first met. He has four grown children from prior relationships, and he and his partner share Liam, a son who is 21 years old and was adopted by them in 2001. "She's a mother by choice — she adopted Liam before we met, as a single parent, which is an awesome responsibility to take. She's devoted herself to Liam and has done a really wonderful job raising him. I'm happy to now have a part of the job," Ford said per PEOPLE.
He went on to share how grateful he is for Flockhart. "She's brought a child back into my home," he said. "My youngest, other than Liam, is 17. It's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a child's growing up, which is always an endless springtime. You see the blossoming and the growing and the nurturing and the payoff."
