LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kevin Costner has avoided publicly discussing his ongoing divorce battle with his soon-to-be ex-wife Christine Baumgartner. However, sources say he's not holding back his glee behind the scenes, according to RadarOnline.com.
Sources close to the situation say the 68-year-old 'Yellowstone' actor was ecstatic after a Santa Barbara judge ruled in his favor on child support.

The judge has ordered Costner to pay Baumgartner $63,000 per month in child support for their two children. The amount is significantly less than what Baumgartner was expecting to be paid after the divorce.
As per court documents, initially, the actor's ex had demanded $248,000 per month in child support.

Baumgartner admitted that the decision will force her to work on the side to support her family.
She was also ordered to vacate the couple's $150 million estate after Costner claimed she violated their prenuptial agreement by failing to vacate within 30 days of filing for divorce.
Baumgartner has since moved into a nearby $40k-per-month home that she does not believe is comparable to her marital home. She told the judge at a recent hearing that their children had "luxury" in their DNA and were accustomed to a certain lifestyle.
Costner objected to her hefty child support proposal, claiming that she based her calculations on his 'Yellowstone' income, which he claims he no longer receives because he left the show and is battling producers over residuals.
He told the judge that he put $20 million into his upcoming western epic 'Horizon'.
Costner also contended that his fortune was invested in real estate. He claimed that he should not be forced to sell his assets in order to pay an inflated child support judgment, especially since his income has plummeted since leaving the Paramount+ show.
Kevin Costner has been overjoyed with divorce court victories
According to an insider, Costner is overjoyed with his numerous divorce court victories. According to sources, the actor is privately "jumping for joy" over his recent child support victory, as reported by RadarOnline.
Laura Wasser, Costner's divorce attorney, accused Baumgartner of making "unreasonable" financial demands and suggested she planned to live off child support cash despite receiving a large lump sum payment of $1.5 million, as stipulated in their prenup.
According to another source, while Costner does not dislike his ex, "it's not so much the money as it is exposing Christine as the gold digger he believes she's shown herself to be."
The insider said, “While Kevin’s saying the right things in public, he’s doing cartwheels behind closed doors!" The exes are due back in court in November.
