'Intimacy is off the menu': Al Pacino's 50-lb weight gain causes rift in romance with Noor Alfallah

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Al Pacino's friends believe he's being taken for a ride by his baby mama Noor Alfallah, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Alfallah, 29, recently filed for full physical custody of Roman, the nearly four-month-old son she shares with the Hollywood heavyweight, sparking rumors that the couple had split up.

Al will cover his son's welfare costs under their plan, and Noor will continue to have primary custody. His reps have however denied claims that the couple has separated.

Al Pacino gained 50 pounds over 6 months

However, sources have revealed that despite Pacino's denials, their tumultuous relationship is far from physical and that the Oscar winner is still allegedly eating himself into oblivion.

According to doctors, Pacino put on 50 pounds (22 kgs) between May and December. 

Al Pacino will pay for his son's welfare with Noor Alfallah having primary custody

An insider told the National Enquirer, "Under their arrangement, Al will pay for his son's welfare while Noor remains in primary custody. They'll continue to hang out and enjoy these lavish dinners together, while he treats her to the best of the best," as reported by RadarOnline.

While the couple may be on the same page regarding their son, the same cannot be said about their relationship in the bedroom.

The insider continued, "Intimacy is apparently off the menu, though, and has been for months, He's more of a father figure, a provider, and companion to her at this point."

Al Pacino has history of depression

According to the outlet's source, Pacino's friends are shocked that he allowed himself to be knocked up and taken to the cleaners. However, the aging actor, who has a history of depression, is said to be content with paying the price for having a beautiful woman on his arm.

However, the source said that things are only worsening as the superstar reportedly weighs 215 pounds, which medical experts say puts him in danger of becoming dangerously obese.

Al Pacino's friends are 'worried' for him

An insider claimed, "His friends are all so worried, he's an extremely vulnerable guy."

According to his representative, "there is no ongoing litigation or issues" and Pacino has no intention of contesting his much younger girlfriend's request for primary custody, as reported by this outlet.

His rep said, "The filings are simply procedural steps being taken in furtherance of the parties' successful and amicable resolution. Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together."

An insider claimed Pacino was surprised that Alfallah became pregnant when the two were first linked in early 2022. Pacino intends to co-parent Roman with Alfallah, but sources said he won't propose.
