Jennifer Aniston is one of those celebs that generations have grown up watching, largely due to the enduring appeal of the 90s TV show "F.R.I.E.N.D.S," which remains her biggest claim to fame. But time flies and Aniston is now 55, but she doesn't seem to have aged much since fans last saw her in the sitcom. The reason behind this is hardly a secret since she has always been open about her commitment to health and wellness for a strong, toned body. The key to Aniston's fitness, which has finally been made public, is low-impact exercises. She also revealed the drink that she has first thing in the morning, before working out, in an interview with People Magazine.

Aniston follows Pvolve, an innovative workout approach that combines sculpting influenced by Pilates with strength training. She also said, "I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it." In the winter months, she adds extra ingredients to spice up the drink. She revealed, "I'll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I'll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It's so delicious served hot."

Aniston continues to place an emphasis on taking care of herself, whether that means watching what she eats, drinking plenty of water, or making sure her body and mind are in the best possible condition. She has learned throughout the years that the popular fitness philosophy of no pain, no gain is outdated now. In her view, you can experience real progress even without the pain. Through her partnership with Pvolve, Aniston emphasizes that working out can be enjoyable, transformative, and gentle on the body. She’s a passionate supporter of Pvolve, crediting the method for helping her reach her fitness goals.

Aniston said, "In all the workouts I've tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others, and it's a really enjoyable workout that I don't feel intimidated by, that I don't dread. I get excited because I also know that if I'm not feeling 100% if I only have 20 minutes in me, that's all I do. ... It meets you where you're at, and I love that about it." She then reacted to new photos from her latest Pvolve campaign, showcasing her toned physique in a black one-piece. She said, "I've never had this kind of definition. [These workouts] get into those micro little muscles that are underneath bigger muscles that you just don't even know existed, so you're really getting strong from the inside out."

Pvolve focuses on exercises that mimic daily motions to improve fitness, balance, and coordination. While its cardio exercises focus on enhancing heart health, burning calories, and building endurance, its strength training helps in the development of lean muscle and increases metabolism. Aniston also places equal emphasis on her emotional well-being along with her physical health. As reported by Fox News, she meditates in the morning. She has also been trying to improve her sleep schedule. According to the actress, it's critical to treat oneself with kindness, particularly in today's challenging environment.
