LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: John Cusack has been receiving support online for calling out the Democratic Party's elite for failing the American people.

He accused them of selling “out the working class for decades” while writing a long post on X, earlier called Twitter.

The 57-year-old actor retweeted an article by Jacobin, which said, “Sensing its popularity, Obama’s former Supreme Court lawyer and a Louisiana Democrat are using an obscure corporate taxation case to try to make a federal wealth tax illegal before it even exists.”

Cusack went on to mention, “This is what liberals /neoliberals have never understood -  or taken responsibility for - that they have played a major part in creating the precise conditions for fascism to flourish - Obama corporatist democrats - are to the right of Richard Nixon on domestic policy.”

The ‘Serendipity’ star continued, “Dems have sold out the working class for decades - and this kind of bought and paid- for the betrayal of principals, fairness - historical precedent - any sense of moral or intellectual honesty."

“The kind of brutal selfish horrific actions one only does - because they can get away with it,” the actor added.

John Cusack said ‘Democratic elite ARE full of s—’

Cusack also stated, “All your Yale and Harvard buddies will tell you how great and smart you all are - and they are all in bed with all the same big, big money power players."

“And we run the world - right? - this kind of staggering amoral bulls---  is one of the main reasons ( yes there are others ) Trump's demagoguery works on people. The Democratic elite ARE full of s—,” stated the furious actor, disillusioned by the state of affairs in the country.

“Imagine what FDR would say about such a proposed law ?! Don’t worry fellas - the democrats will save the .ooooooo1 % from paying tax,” he wrote, before adding, “Corporatist dems sell us out for the 7000 time? When ‘hope’  and change is just another branded hustle. It’s savage,” the actor ranted.
