Kim Kardashian’s late arrival for Victoria Beckham's Paris Fashion Week show left Anna Wintour ‘p**sed’

PARIS, FRANCE: Anna Wintour was reportedly quite angry because of Kim Kardashian's late arrival at the Victoria Beckham show last Friday, September 29.
The media personality was invited as the guest of honor at the Spring/Summer '24 show of the fashion designer. But she allegedly delayed it because of her late coming, leaving the British editor “pissed”.
It was earlier reported that she arrived at the venue 47 minutes late for the show.

What did the witnesses say?
An insider told Page Six, “Kim was super late. Anna was p–sed because the show was delayed until Kim arrived.”
“Anna left before Victoria even did her walk in front of the guests after showing the collection because she was late to other shows,” they added.
Besides, journalist Lisa Armstrong reportedly stated, “The Kardashians’ fashion show routine is to keep everyone waiting at least 50 minutes before ‘making their entrance.’”
She also mentioned, “At Victoria Beckham on Friday, Anna Wintour was visibly unamused, tapping her watch repeatedly in the direction of the PRs before the show finally started once les Kardashians had swept in.”

Armstrong did not stop there as she took to Instagram to take another dig at Kim.
Sharing a video of Robert Downey Jr and Cate Blanchett at the Stella McCartney show in Paris, she added, “Proper celebrities … ..who manage to be on time for fashion shows (along with Florence Pugh) unlike others I could mention but won’t because this is a Kardashian- free zone. Whoops.”

Anna Wintour did not ‘leave early’ because of Kim Kardashian
However, there were some who defended the 42-year-old socialite and also claimed that Wintour had no issues with her. A source said, “Anna had to leave early for another engagement.”
Another tipster shared, “Kim and Kris arrived at 5:50 pm so they were only 20 minutes late. The show would have started without [the Kardashians], but [Victoria's team was] not ready backstage…”
“Shows don’t usually start right at the invite time. Usually, they start 20-40 minutes after the allotted time,” they added.
