Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky yet to file for divorce months after separating as millions on the line

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kyle Richards and her separated spouse, Mauricio Umanksy, are not talking to divorce lawyers even after separating months ago.
Sources close to the pair claim that Kyle and Mauricio are not discussing formalizing their split through the filing of documents. It was reported that that none of them has contacted a divorce attorney, and they have not discussed asset division, as reported by RadarOnline.
Couple revealed separation in July
After 27 years of marriage, reports revealed the couple's separation in July but the two reside under one roof. A source told People, "They remain amicable as they figure out what's next for them and their family."
The lack of a prenuptial agreement, according to sources who spoke with TMZ, has further complicated things. The two are not attempting to get back together, but they are also not discussing a formal divorce, an insider informed the site.
The pair has accumulated a fortune of over $100 million during their marriage. Mauricio has built his company, The Agency, into a real estate conglomerate, while Kyle has made millions of dollars from her role on 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'.
Mauricio was not wealthy when he married Kyle, according to those close to the pair. According to the insider, Mauricio was barely getting by as a fashion industry worker.
According to a source, Kyle's introduction to real estate came through his brother-in-law, Rick Hilton.
Kyle says, 'We love each other very much'
Kyle started crying over the weekend when discussing the circumstances at BravoCon. She stated to the audience, "We love each other very much, and we are family no matter what happens, and we have a very strong family unit."
Kyle revealed a little more on the red carpet. "We love each other very much and we are family no matter what happens. My three girls still live at home, only Farrah has her own place. [Mauricio] was busy doing 'Dancing with the Stars,' so he wasn't around as much. We're trying to figure it out. We know we love each other."
She continued, "We're attempting to solve it. We are aware that we are in love. Just taking it a day at a time."
The term "divorce" was then mentioned for the first time by Kyle. Even though the two are not in a haste to file in court, she noted that the past year had been difficult due to the loss of her friend and the subsequent "divorce."
Mauricio and his real estate business being sued
In addition to the divorce, Mauricio and his real estate business are being involved in various lawsuits, each seeking millions of dollars in damages. He has also been spotted getting close to Emma Slater, his partner on 'Dancing with the Stars'.
