"Watching the trauma unfold, it's this life-changing moment," Ramsay said, calling his wife of 26 years "incredibly resilient" and praising her strength during the ordeal.

"Just watching the way that she dealt with it — and opened up with other friends and women in close proximity that could give advice — she was incredible straight after that," Ramsay continued.

He added, "There's a lot of things that Tana's done that we wouldn't be here today without that strength."

The chef also revealed how he and his family honor Rocky, showing a tattoo of an angel in the interview.

Rocky inspired the Ramsays to name their Cornwall home. Each member of the family, which includes five children, also wears a piece of jewelry with Rocky's name on it.

Tana's tribute to her son

Tana also took to social media to pay tribute to her son, writing alongside a photo of the family, "A happy picture taken of us celebrating Meghan's 18th, I was just under 20 weeks pregnant."

She added, "Although it's 7 years today, it still feels like yesterday. We all miss you every day. We love you, Rocky, forever in our hearts. I couldn't do this without my family, you are all everything to me."

Tana previously praised Gordon's help when she appeared on 'Loose Women' in 2020. She said, "I lost a baby in 2016, and Gordon was with me throughout that entire process, and there's no way I could have done it without him right there by my side."

She added, "When we went on to have Oscar, 19 months ago, again he was right there by my side."
