Little boy is just not ready for another sibling after mom said she was pregnant: 'You just had two...'

Children are naive, but they are also unreservedly raw about their emotions. A toddler was not having it when his mom, Shanee Hart, who goes by @TreyFAMILY on YouTube, announced that she was pregnant for the third time. Seated in the car, the boy and his younger sister listened to their mother as she said, “I’m pregnant!” The big reveal did not sit well with her eldest, Trey. The boy’s epic but honest reaction is making rounds on the internet, viewed over 3.6 million times. Most people were stunned by the toddler’s wisdom and impressive clarity of thought. 

At the beginning, the kid was rather excited about his mother teasing a secret reveal. However, the moment of truth came as a disappointment for him. He smacked his forehead with his hands to express his disapproval of his mother’s decision. “What were you thinking? Why do you have to just get another baby? You just have two!” he yelled. While his sister patiently watched her mother and brother quarrel, the boy went on a full rant using grown-up words. “This is exasperating,” the toddler belts out. Surprised by her son’s intense reaction, the mother asked for her infant daughter’s view on it. 

Trey bombarded his mother with questions. “You just got two! Why do you want to get another baby and just replace one of your babies, if there’s too much?” Trying to handle the situation calmly, Hart reassured neither her son nor Amaya, their baby sister, would ever be replaced by someone. She noted that the new baby would, in fact, be a great addition to the family, and they will take care of the baby together. Still unconvinced, the son said, “This makes no sense.” Turns out, Trey was unable to wrap his head around the fact that his mother wanted another child despite having two, whom she could love “forever.” Then came the important stuff. “What kind of baby is that?” the son asked, pointing his finger. 

When Hart clarified that she was not aware of the baby’s gender yet, Trey shared his acceptance of having a baby girl, if needed. “Boy’s crying is even worse,” he confessed. His mother was curious about his opinion and urged him to explain it. Trey revealed that he saw a baby crying in school and simply could not tolerate it. “I was like, ‘This is even worse than Amaya’s crying,” Trey expressed with his hands covering his ears. His last resort? Earplugs. His mother declared that he would just have to get used to the situation, but Trey was adamant about not tolerating the crying all over again. Therefore, he asked his mother to buy him some earplugs. 

The clip received 13,000 likes and dozens of comments about the boy’s wisdom. “Someone's ready to nail their SATs. Very smart kid,” wrote @officialkanyau. While @ashwilliamski4796 penned, “I love this kid, even with his somewhat crappy attitude towards a potential brother or sister. Fantastic little guy, and sharp as a tack, I’d hang out with him anytime. Amaya is adorable too.” “He needs to be in movies! His delivery is perfect!” wrote @klsatlin.
