People are convinced this 1893 book series eerily predicted Donald Trump's return to presidency

'The Simpsons' have competition. The popular adult cartoon series, reputed for ominously predicting the future, is a favorite among conspiracy theorists. The show famously foretold POTUS Donald Trump’s rise to power. Now, it turns out, another work had predicted the same over a century ago. American lawyer and novelist, Ingersoll Lockwood, made bold political claims about Trump’s presidency and the downfall of the American republic in two of his novels, namely, Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Adventure and The Last President.

The book cites a name similar to Trump’s youngest son, Barron, who came under the limelight during the 2024 elections when he leveraged social media to win his father the election. In Lockwood's story, Baron Trump is described as a wealthy and aristocratic lad with a lavish life in Castle Trump, or present-day Trump Tower, if we may say so. His mentor is named Don. The eerie similarities have caught the attention of conspiracy nerds who suggested that Trump is actually a time traveler from the past century.

His second book, The Last President, tells the story of the final presidency of the American nation after the new president assumes office. “Mobs of vast size are organizing under the lead of anarchists and socialists, and threaten to plunder and despoil the houses of the rich who have wronged and oppressed them for so many years,” an excerpt from the book reads. Political divide follows resulting in intense agitation amongst the public, with protests and chaos breaking out on the streets. The odd similarities between the fictional president and Trump have left netizens concerned about the fate of the United States as many smell a political tumult brewing. In the work, the Last President hails from New York and sparks fiery outrage among the commoners.
Watched a video on the trump stuff. It’s insane how many similarities there are. The Tesla backstory makes it even crazier

Interestingly, the book also states that the president is initially not taken seriously but ends up winning the elections. He also lives in a hotel on Fifth Avenue in NYC. This has conspiracy sleuths convinced that famed inventor Nikola Tesla was responsible for Trump’s travel through time. The scientist is believed to have invented the time machine, which Trump reinvented in the modern era. Many others are calling the novelist a ‘psychic’ for foretelling the 2024 elections and Trump’s political dominance. “I still believe it is very likely that the Ingersoll Lockwood Baron Trump books were written and inserted into the timeline (internet). Either that or one needs to believe in time travel. The other very strange thing is Lockwood is an identical twin to The Professor,” wrote a netizen (@TruthBiglyPower) on X, formerly Twitter.
In 1893, a book by Ingersoll Lockwood titled “Baron Trump’s Marvelous Underground Journey” would take a young Prince from ‘Castle Trump’ on a journey under the direction of a man named Don “The Master of Master’s.”

Trump was re-elected as the President of the United States in November 2024 after defeating Democratic opposition Kamala Harris. He passed the critical threshold of 270 electoral college votes. There was much criticism around his political dominance owing to his criminal history and blatant disrespect for diversity and inclusion among the public. Nevertheless, he pulled through.
