LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Model Tabby Brown, who appeared in 'The Bachelor' and dated football players Mario Balotelli and Raheem Sterling, has died at the young age of 38.

The model's former manager gave The Sun official word of her tragic death. Friends, who were devastated by the news, and shocked fans, paid tribute to the celebrity on social media.

Just six weeks ago, the stunning model posted her last online act, beaming while posing in a restroom in an Instagram video. Under her final Instagram post, bereaved friends and family are now paying tribute to the celebrity.
