Despite recent claims that she was trying to "distance herself" from the former royal family couple, talk show host Oprah Winfrey was among the celebrities the couple mingled with at the One805 Live! event. Throughout the night, Harry was seen chatting with Oprah, and the two appeared to share a joke.

Following her explosive interview with Meghan and Harry back in 2021, fans had speculated that Oprah was staying away from the couple.
When Oprah appeared on CBS Morning, she was questioned about the couple's choice to send only Harry to King Charles' coronation in May. She only retorted, "They haven't asked me my opinion," as reported by Mirror.

Following her remarks, many fans began to doubt her friendship with the Sussexes, prompting them to express their concerns on X, formerly known as Twitter. One comment read: "Sounds like Oprah is distancing herself with this comment."
