Justin Bieber was reportedly involved in an altercation at a Coachella party that ended in him punching a guy in the face.
Justin Bieber's Coachella experience is off to a rough start, as the singer reportedly had to step in when a man got violent with a woman at a party on Saturday night, April 14, eventually punching him in the face and throwing him against a wall to protect the woman, TMZ reported.
The incident unraveled on Saturday at a party that Bieber reportedly attended with a friend. The singer was chatting with some people when the man in question walked into the party. He reportedly "went ballistic" after he saw the woman at the party.
Party-goers told the news outlet that the man seemed to have been high on drugs at the time, and it appeared that the woman he went crazy after spotting may have been a former girlfriend of his. Without any warning, the man went for the woman's throat and would not let her go.
Justin and his friend began yelling at the man to release the woman, but he retaliated with a "Go f**k yourself," continuing his attack on the woman. It was then that the singer socked him in the face and threw him into the wall, which loosened his grip on the woman and helped her get away.
The violent aggressor was ejected from the party but was reportedly still livid with the singer for the attack. He was seen outside just a little while later running after an SUV that he thought Bieber was in and screaming the singer's name as he hit the car. Patrick Schwarzenegger was reportedly the host of the party where the showdown took place.

Thankfully, the man was stopped in his tracks as he was eventually arrested by the cops. People received a statement from the La Quinta Police Department confirming that the woman who was assaulted affirmed that Bieber had been "involved in this incident." However, "no witnesses or statements have been received to confirm that Mr. Bieber was involved."
The authorities released a statement that read, "investigating officers responded to the residence where the alleged battery occurred but were unable to locate any witnesses or evidence of a battery." The police also said that the woman "declined to press charges for the alleged battery and had no visible injuries at the time of police contact."
Bieber is not part of this year's lineup at Coachella, but he was seen dancing along to a performance by Walmart 'Yodel Kid' Mason Ramsey and taking a selfie with the Internet star. Ramsey drove the crowd wild with his Coachella debut.
