To change your position and adopt the best position there are methods you can use to restrict movement while sleeping. Putting pillows on both sides of your body and a pillow under your knees reduces or rather restricts the motion of your body.

Another extreme method is sewing a tennis ball in your shirt, which would cause discomfort while you turn, forcing you to sleep on your back. And if you experience pain or are uncomfortable when you wake up the next morning then you need to change your position. Sleeping in the wrong position can ruin sleep quality. And if obey all the laws of sleeping and feel terrible in the morning then, it is an indication that you need to change your sleeping position.
