Suzanne Somers’ granddaughter Camelia called ‘spitting image of her’ in Insta post days before her death
The veteran actress lost her life on October 15 after years of struggle with breast cancer

PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA: Suzanne Somers breathed her last on October 15, only a day before she would have celebrated her 77th birthday.
The veteran actress had been struggling with breast cancer for over two decades.
Following her death, a statement by her publicist R Couri Hay said, “Suzanne was surrounded by her loving husband Alan, her son Bruce, and her immediate family.”
It continued, “Her family was gathered to celebrate her 77th birthday on October 16th,” before adding, “Instead, they will celebrate her extraordinary life, and want to thank her millions of fans and followers who loved her dearly.”
Fans compared Camelia Somers to her grandmother
A few days before her death, Suzanne shared a photo with her granddaughter Camelia Somers, where she wrote, “Join us to kick off @cameliasomers’ birthday weekend!!! The fun starts TODAY 9/29 on IGTV + Facebook LIVE at 4 pm PT (7 pm ET). You DO NOT want to miss this celebration with all of her favorite things!! Including Bunny 🐰🎂🎉✨🫶.”

Suzanne once shared that her favorite role was being a grandma.
