RHOA star Kim Zolciak paid $30K 'in full' for vaginal surgery despite oweing IRS more than $1 million
The 45-year-old reality star also reportedly went for skin tightening treatments that added to her bill
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ star Kim Zolciak has apparently spent $30,000 on vaginal surgery despite being embroiled in debts and money woes.
The TV personality went to Dr David Matlock at Visthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa for the procedure and also reportedly gave the full amount.

Vaginal procedure costs between ‘$25,000 to $30,000'
Dr Matlock told RadarOnline.com, “For patients with a history of multiple childbirths, experiencing stress urinary incontinence and vaginal relaxation, our Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation treatment is available.”
He continued, “The comprehensive fee, which covers the surgery center, anesthesiologist, and surgeon, typically ranges from $25,000.00 to $30,000.00.”
The doctor also mentioned that they “do not disclose specific pricing details related to any individual patient” but confirmed that Zolciak “paid in full”.

Besides, the 45-year-old reality star also reportedly went for skin tightening treatments.
Dr Matlock shared that Renuvion and Morpheus8 Body “generally falls between $12,000 to $15,000.00, contingent upon the size of the treatment area. This procedure aims to achieve 50-60% skin tightening.”
“Morpheus8 Face skin tightening treatment is priced between $3,000.00 to $5,000.00,” he asserted before adding that "individual needs and results can vary.”
Kim Zolciak was ‘very, very excited’ for vaginal surgery
This revelation was made after Zolciak shared about the surgery online.
She said, “Obviously, I’ve had six children. I had them all naturally, so when I’m running or even when I sneeze, I do pee a little bit, which bothers me greatly.”
“I’m with the best in the country doing that today, so I’m very, very excited,” the estranged wife of Kroy Biermann added.

Kim Zolciak called 'not a very nice person’
But she received flak as an Instagram user said, “Wow the new being broke is still able to get plastic surgery 😂 I focus on therapy for the whole family then surgery.”
Another user commented, “Oh no…this is her focus right now? Are you doing this for free? It won’t be the promotion you think it is 🥲 should really give it to someone more deserving. Not someone who has scammed thousands of her followers. She’s not a very nice person.”
