A woman waiting at airport was puzzled after receiving an unusual note from a pilot: 'I have...'
The reality of the world barely even resembles the fairy-tale depictions in rom-coms. It did come close, however, when a woman received a mysterious note from a pilot. Steph Bohrer, who goes by @stephbohrer on TikTok, shared a striking video of the note the pilot had left for her and then simply disappeared after. Her most popular video on the platform, the 11-second clip, was viewed 25.6 million times and received 3.5 million likes. The massive interest hinted at the viewers’ intrigue about the romantic situation.
In the video, Bohrer showcased a little note scribbled on a brown paper napkin and signed by the pilot. He complimented her beauty in a rather poetic manner and left without a word. The note read, “I have seen the whole world and you are the most beautiful human in it.” Adding some background context to the video, the creator revealed that she was sitting in the airport when the pilot walked up to her and placed the note on the table, and vanished into a crowd of people.
“I’m sitting at the airport and a pilot just placed this on my table & walked away,” an overlay text stated. To add to the mystery, Bohrer revealed in the caption, “I didn’t even see his face.” She synced the video with Taylor Swift’s Enchanted (Taylor’s Version), leaving the viewers wanting more. While a hit on the internet, the snippet sparked a debate between the hopeless romantics and the realists in the comments. People reacted with a range of emotions, some resorting to sarcasm and mockery while others imagined a romantic energy at play.
One person (@autumnbee43) speculated, “I feel like he just carries a stack of these in his pocket,” while another (@jashridgway) said, “Me thinking he probably has 3 families in 3 different states.” A person (@baybeecheex) similarly advised, “Been in the industry for 10 years, just take it as an endearing compliment, but I beg you not to get involved.” Someone else (@ckc.scarlett) shared, “When I was a flight attendant, the first thing our male trainer said was, 'Rule #1: do not date a pilot.’”

Outwardly, it’s sweet.” @maddie12596 added, “It’s the way he just wanted to tell you with no strings attached to the compliment.” Likewise, @floretsijeuni believed in the romantic gesture and said, “Bro is a writer and a pilot as a side hustle.”
“His handwriting is so romantic, I can't explain this,” expressed @angeldustyy. Interestingly, the video was acknowledged by Pinterest and Wattpad among other major brands. “Think this is your sign to make a wedding board, babe,” the official handle for Pinterest (@pinterest) mused while Wattpad (@wattpad) said, “Need the next chapter update now, please.” Unfortunately, the creator did not post a follow-up for the clip and left the viewers hanging on what happened after the note.
