Two Opera Singers Joined a Pianist at a Cafe. What Happened Next Captivated Their Audience

A street musician or a performer at a restaurant may not get the same attention as a popular artist, but collaborations with established names are known to turn things around for emerging talent, especially in the age of social media. A video uploaded by a pianist named Emilio (@emiliopiano) showed how he was able to transform the atmosphere at an eatery when a couple of opera singers joined him with their powerful vocals. No one expected the performance, but as it went on people began to appreciate it. Many took out their phones to record the artists mesmerizing the audience, and the video collected millions of views within a matter of days. 

This is not the first time Emilion has pulled off such an impromptu performance, but he hadn't performed with opera singers like that. The video starts with Emilio taking the piano and being greeted with some 'confused' stares. It was a bustling cafe, that went silent, the moment beautiful melodies began coming out of the piano. Thereafter the camera focused on a man, who was overjoyed to hear the music. It seems that the person is contemplating his next move for a while before he suddenly bursts into a song with his powerful voice. He begins singing a song, that is perfectly in sync with the music being played by Emilio. The customers, waitresses as well as the piano player were all shocked at the development. There was so much passion and energy in the arrangement that everyone just felt drawn towards it. 

It was later revealed that the spontaneous performer was singing "Libiamo" by Verdi. Emilio was about to end the music but kept going when he realized that the man was inviting a friend of his to join in the performance. The friend stood up and took over from the man, while Emilio gave her the perfect tune with his piano. The entire cafe was loving this sudden dose of energy, that had transformed their day. Everyone in the cafe had a bright smile on their face, with their experience eating out becoming more memorable than usual thanks to the melodies that had surrounded them from every corner. The duet to end the performance served as the cherry on top.
